Event Ticket Terms and Conditions
By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket for this event (the “Event”), the ticket holder (“Holder”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Sales; No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis, except in the event the Event is canceled and not rescheduled, as determined solely by the Event organizer. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, or removal from the venue for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Event Modifications
The Event organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Event, including but not limited to the date, time, venue, program, or performers. Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange.
3. Admission; Right of Refusal
Admission is subject to venue capacity and compliance with all venue rules and policies. The Event organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the premises, any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disorderly, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the Event’s standards of conduct, without refund.
4. All Ages Event; Alcohol Service
This is an all-ages Event. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase only to persons twenty-one (21) years of age or older who present valid government-issued photo identification. The provision of alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. Any violation of alcohol policies may result in removal from the Event and potential legal consequences. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
5. Code of Conduct
Holder agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, threats, violence, excessive intoxication, or failure to comply with instructions from Event staff or security. Violation of this provision may result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited and subject to confiscation:
Weapons of any kind
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Outside food or beverages
Professional audio, video, or photographic recording equipment without prior written authorization
Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by Event or venue personnel
7. Assumption of Risk
Holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to attending the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holder hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Event organizer, venue, artists, promoters, sponsors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to attendance at the Event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Recording and Likeness
Holder acknowledges and agrees that the Event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Holder grants the Event organizer the irrevocable right to use their likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.
10. Force Majeure
The Event organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, governmental orders, labor disputes, or emergencies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase, possession, or use of a ticket constitutes Holder’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
