Kailyn Avery, Co-Founder

Kailyn Avery is a live music and events professional, bringing over 5 years of experience in the music industry and 10 years in hospitality and events. Her background spans international touring, festival production, venue and event space management, and artist management. 

Kailyn has toured and worked alongside artists including Third Eye Blind, LP Giobbi, Hope Tala, SPRINTS, and Mascolo, and has produced boutique festivals and pop-up shows in traditional venues and unconventional spaces.

In addition to live event production, Kailyn currently works in artist management for LP Giobbi, and as an executive with the non-profit Femme House and the label Yes Yes Yes - offering Our House a perspective rooted in both the creative and operational sides of live music.

Brett Ashley McCoubrey, Co-Founder

Brett Ashley McCoubrey is an event producer, DJ, and music curator with a deep connection to the Wood River Valley and the broader Pacific Northwest music scene. She brings five years of experience as an on-air host and curator for Ketchum’s public radio station, alongside years of DJing for venues and events across the Pacific Northwest and the Wood River Valley.

Brett’s work is rooted in music discovery, thoughtful selection, and an intuitive ear for sounds that move a room - shaping the sonic identity behind Our House.

In addition to programming and performance, Brett is an experienced concert photographer with a focus on live music, contributing a visual and editorial perspective that informs how Our House presents artists, spaces, and experiences.
